InterActive board

What is it?

An InterActive Board is a new technology used as replacement for traditional whiteboards or flipcharts. It can be used in a variety of settings, including classrooms at all levels of education, in corporate board rooms and work groups, in training rooms for professional sport coaching, in broadcasting studios and more. It is a surface onto which a computer screen can be displayed, via a projector. It lets you use a special pen on it to act like a mouse, controlling the computer from the Board itself. This way all the computer programs (educational software, Word, Powerpoint, Internet websites etc.) and files (interactive text, maps, pictures, video, music) can be used on the Board. Changes made to information projected onto the Board are transferred to the computer. They can be saved and retrieved in future lessons.

One of the advantages of the VisionInterActive Board over other interactive boards is that it does not contain any sensitive parts, like the others do, and in that way, the risk of damaging is lowered to minimum, which has essential importance, especially in environments like classrooms.
